Riding Academy Policies

Refund and Cancellation Policy at All American Harley-Davidson

Before you sign up for a Riding Academy Class, please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully.

•If your schedule changes and you must cancel, you will receive a full refund for cancellations at least two weeks prior to the class start date.

•Unfortunately, if you cancel after the two-week deadline we cannot offer a refund. If you do not show up or are late for any part of the class you will be considered as having withdrawn from the course and the course fee cannot be refunded.

•You must complete the online training course (eCourse), attend all classroom units and all range exercises in order to qualify for your “M endorsement” per state requirements.

•If at any point your instructor believes you are endangering yourself or other students you may be asked to withdraw from the class. You may also voluntarily withdraw from the course if you do not feel comfortable to continue. All American Harley-Davidson will offer you one opportunity to enroll in a different class at no charge during the same calendar year. To graduate and receive your waiver you are required to start the new course from the beginning and it is based on availability.

•Classes must have a minimum of three students. If the class does not meet the minimum number of students, you will be notified at least two weeks prior to the start date.
