The only down side is that the tire pressure was low and the tire pressure light came on a few days after taking the bike home. (Not the first time) I think that they should have checked the tire pressure on the bikes before they give the new bike for the new owner takes it home. The sales person was awesome, service department is awesome, Miss Pat in financing was awesome and even the parts and clothing people are awesome. I also like how the sales person (I wish I could remember his name) gave us clear, simple directions and what to look out for on our test ride of the wife new bike. The service department did awesome putting the garage door remote from the wife old bike into the new bike, and even tho that we had to buy a second key fob (no fault to the dealership) the service department took care of us because of it, and they were quick about it as well on programming the new key fob. Whenever we have questions about a bunch of different things, they dont make us feel like we are wasting their time, they are knowledgeable, considerate and fun to talk to. Even though with the second time of the Low tire pressure after buying a new bike, the experience and the quality of service that All American Harley provided is still our number one stop and we will keep going back.
