As I previously mentioned in my first review. The sales,financing,parts and apparel team is great. Always feel welcomed and part of the Harley Davidson family when I enter the dealership. Ive purchased two bikes from All American and Keenan sold me both. I make the occasional stop by all American for apparel or accessories. Ive been to the service department once for the 1,000 mile service and was not impressed with the customer service and communication skills of that team. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
